How it works
Walk through every step — from creating a job to collecting payment and sealing it forever. Click through each one.
Before you lift a tool, log the job. Add the client's name, phone, and a plain-English description of what you're doing. Set your price and choose how you want to get paid — upfront deposit, full payment at completion, or pay in full before work starts.
This becomes the agreed scope and the payment commitment. Both are locked the moment the client signs. Takes under two minutes.
Your client gets an email with a link. They open it on their phone — no app, no account. They read the scope, see the agreed price, and type their name to sign off before work begins.
The client has now confirmed in writing what was agreed and what they're paying. Timestamped and locked. You can lift the first tool knowing you're protected.
The scope is locked. Both parties agreed to it before a single tool was touched. Go do what you do.
The job sits in your dashboard as In Progress. Nobody can change the agreed scope — not you, not the client. Come back when it's done.
Job's done. Open the job in GuildSeal and upload your completion photos. Photograph the finished work from multiple angles.
These photos become part of the permanent record. Your client will see exactly these photos when they sign off — there's no disputing what was shown.
Your client gets another email. They see every photo, re-read the original scope, and confirm completion by typing their name. If invoicing is enabled, they pay the balance directly from this page.
This is the moment everything locks. The client has seen the photos, confirmed the work, and paid. No dispute can contradict any of it.
The moment the client signs off, GuildSeal hashes the entire record and writes it to the Polygon blockchain. Both parties receive a permanent verification link.
If a dispute ever arises, you send one link. The record is public, permanent, and nobody can alter it — not even us.
Payment goes directly from your client's card to your connected bank account. GuildSeal never holds your money — it goes straight to you via Stripe, the same infrastructure used by millions of businesses.
You walked away with a paid invoice, a signed record, and a blockchain-anchored proof of completion. One link ends any future dispute before it starts.
